Another great achievement for Asolo: the model Elbrus GV received the “Sieger” by the German Outdoor Magazine.

The technology behind the Elbrus GV:




The model Elbrus GV in our Alpine-Climbing category it’s ideal for classical mountaineering, hard trekking and via ferrata. 

The upper part is made with water-resistant suede leather of 1,6-1,8 mm and with Schoeller Soft Shell material in the collar part which guarantees the perfect comfort and support.

Its Gore-Tex Performance Comfort Footwear lining guarantees the perfect breathability and waterproofness.








The boots have a rubber rand protection that goes all around the boot in order to have the maximum protection during the activities.

The lacing system is a combination of loop and hardware which allows the precise and fast lace up.






The outsole technology is named Dual Integrated System and the rear part under the heel constructed with two different TPU densities.

The upper element is made with a high density polyurethane which provides stability and support and it is used for secure the crampon attachment.

The lower element is made of low density polyurethane combined with the dual-density microporous midsole which assures the optimum shock absorption.

 

 



 

 

The rubber outsole is the Ascent, a project developed in collaboration with Vibram which guarantees the perfect stability and grip.

The Elbrus GV is compatible with semi-automatic crampons.
