Asolo is proud of the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty states Asolo will repair or replace any item deemed necessary according to our warranty guidelines. All products may be repaired, resoled or restored to usable condition at a cost to the consumer. There are limitations to this process based on damage of the item. This statement does not change or amend the warranty process and procedure.

Asolo footwear is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for two years from date of purchase. If you feel that your Asolo footwear may have a quality defect, bring them together with your receipt to your Asolo dealer, who will send it to Asolo Warranty Service. After the inspection of the footwear, Asolo has the faculty to change the product if it’s considered under warranty or, in other case, Asolo will repair the product at client expense. The warranty will not cover outside influences such as cuts, stretching, and damage from heating devices, normal wear and tear and use for other than what the footwear was intended. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be cleaned. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned. Asolo shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

This warranty is only valid when you submit proof of your purchase, indicating the purchase date and the name of the dealer (for example a cashier receipt or an original invoice), together with the defective product.

Non authorized resellers, websites that sell used or heavily discount products may not qualify for warranty.

(Customers residing in the United States should review the Asolo USA Warranty Policy).

GORE-TEX WARRANTY

Regarding the lining in GoreTex, the Warranty given directly by the Company GoreTex is in force; GoreTex has a Customer Service Office in each country.

Asolo recommends choosing carefully fit and size of the shoes, so that the foot is comfortably locked in place. In this way the foot can't move inside and the problems of wear and tear of the GoreTex lining will be eliminated.

It is a good rule to take always out the footbed after every backpacking tour, also in order to remove gravel that may have got into the boot and that could damage the Gore-Tex membrane while walking.
