Asolo.com has two partners: Bartolini guaranteeing delivery within 48/36 hours for the entire Italian market and FedEx guaranteeing delivery within 2/3 working days for the European and North American market. Both partners offer home delivery and order tracking.
The above mentioned times are approximate, depending on factors and circumstances external to the organization of the Supplier (delays in deliveries by courier, force majeure, periods of intense traffic, summer holidays or Christmas, etc..) And are considered as from the date of execution of the order. In any case, the Supplier reserves a working day for packing and carry out the necessary administrative procedures.
Even if the Supplier cannot guarantee the absolute punctuality of deliveries, however, is committed to compliance with the previous forecasts. In any case, as soon as the items leave our warehouse, the Customer will receive a special e-mail that indicates a link that will allow you to view the status of your order.
KEY FEATURES OF THE PRODUCTS:
All products are indicated, in their essential features, directly on the website of the supplier page www.asolo.com. For each product viewed, the customer will be able to access appropriate card containing all information’s related to each product.
All selling prices of the products contained in the online catalog of the Supplier are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes. The cost of shipping (shipping costs) will not be included in the purchase price, but shown separately.
Each order will be delivered with the transport document courier and subsequently sales with deferred invoice that will be sent via e-mail to the Customer. The invoice must be properly maintained by the customer, resulting in fact as a document attesting to the effectiveness of the guarantee.
All products offered by Asolo S.r.L. are covered by the original warranty for defects of conformity for two years.
In this regard it should be noted that, in accordance with Articles. 128 ff. of Legislative Decree no. September 6, 2005, 206 (Consumer Code), the Supplier is liable for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within a period of two (2) years after delivery of the product.
The customer loses all rights to the seller if it denounces the lack of conformity within a period of 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The complaint is not required if the Supplier has acknowledged the existence of the defect or has concealed it.
In any case, unless the contrary is proved, be presumed that the lack of conformity occurring within six (6) months after delivery of the product, are already existing at that date; unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity.
In case of lack of conformity, the customer may request, either without charge, subject to the conditions set forth below, repair or replacement of the product purchased. The request should be made in writing to the Supplier -through notice to be sent in the manner specified in paragraph COMMUNICATIONS AND CLAIMS - which will indicate their willingness to act on the request, or the reasons that prevent them from doing so, within 7 (seven) working days from receipt. In the same communication, where the Supplier has accepted the request of the Customer, shall indicate the method of delivery or return of the defective product.
If repair and replacement are objectively impossible to meet or excessively burdensome pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code, or the replacement or repair carried out previously have caused significant inconvenience to the customer, they may request, at its option, an appropriate reduction of price or rescission of the contract. The customer will then have to send their request to the Supplier, which will indicate its willingness to act on the same, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so within seven working days of receipt.
In the same communication, where the Supplier has accepted the request of the customer, should show the reduction in the price proposal or how to return the defective product. It will be the customer's responsibility in such cases indicate how the crediting of amounts previously paid to the Supplier.
In any case, it should be noted that the warranty does not work when it has been established that non-compliance is a result of misuse or negligent use of products, poor maintenance or, more generally, non-observance of the instructions given by the Supplier. Are also not guaranteed parts subject to wear and tear, if the damage is attributable to the normal use of the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRWAL:
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, as required by the European Directive 2011/83 / EU.
The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days. More precisely, the withdrawal period shall expire after fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer acquires physical possession of the products purchased on line.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to inform the Supplier of its decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement to be sent to the Supplier by mail or by the section in your Account.

We kindly ask to specify the order number and the date of purchase and the number of the shipping document accompanying the consignment. In order to comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the customer then sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period mentioned above.
In any case, without delay, the Supplier will confirm receipt of notice of withdrawal of the customer, by sending a special e-mail with this also indicates the number of specific authorization to return.

The return of products must take place without undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the e-mail address of the Supplier above highlighted.
The cost of returning the goods will be at charge of the customer only.
To be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact (must not have been used by the customer or have been damaged by this) and in their original packaging (if any identification labels must be attached to the item as they form part integral of the same). In any case, the customer remains responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products different from those needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning. In this regard it should be noted also that, precisely in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, the customer is required to inspect and manipulate them with due diligence and in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a shop.
Once we receive the product and verify their integrity, the Supplier will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the decision of the customer to withdraw, to be made by bank transfer to the bank account whose details (Institute, branch / agency, IBAN) are to be identified at the time notice of the right of withdrawal, or through the transfer of the amount of product purchased directly from the credit card used for the purchase.
The Supplier reserves the right to withhold any refund until the actual return of the product.
It is 'possible for the customer to change a product purchased online within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it has acquired the physical possession of the product in question, making its return in accordance with the method of restitution expressly provided in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal and the accompanying made explicit note in which claims are to be given: the reference of the original order on-line purchase, the product for which you want to obtain a replacement, the correct size of the product.

The replacement product will be delivered at the customer already specified on the original order. The costs of returning the product applied for the size change will be charged to the customer while the cost of delivery of the replacement product will be at charge of the Supplier.
The Supplier will send the customer a special e-mail confirmation once the product change envisaged here.
In any case, it should be noted that the Supplier does not guarantee the availability of the product being replaced; in which case we will proceed to terminate the contract resulting refund of the original purchase price of the product to the Customer by the Supplier.
For USA delivery: The return must be do with FedEx courier - it is possible to arrange transport through FedEx Italy and in this case the cost for transport back is 68 US$. In order to enable us to arrange transport through FedEx Italy, you should make your advanced payment to ASOLO for the freight cost.
The payment may be made only by one of the following methods: Paypal, Bank Transfer or Amazon Pay.
The Supplier guarantees that all communications relating to payments are made on a separate line protected by encryption system; also ensures the storage of information relating to the payment with another layer of encryption and security in accordance with the provisions of current legislation regarding the protection of personal data.
Since the conclusion of the purchase process involves the onset of the obligation to the Customer, the payment of the price of the products chosen, it should be noted that the sending of the order - which also means the end of the contract with the Supplier - follows the 'obligation to pay. The payment is anyway in advance than ordering and shipping of the goods.
In any case, the Supplier assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties (eg credit card) upon payment of the products purchased, if he proves that he took all possible precautions based on the best knowledge and experience of the moment and on the basis of ordinary diligence.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND REGISTER MODE:
The contract for the purchase of products on line between the Supplier and the Customer will be completed through the Internet, by accessing the Customer to the Supplier's website and following the procurement procedures specified therein.
The contract is concluded by correctly filling and the consensus expressed by the accession sent online. Before concluding the purchase, the customer will have the option to verify the contents of the purchase order and, where appropriate, to correct and / or modify the data inserted; will be its clear obligation to verify the correctness of the data in question.
At a time when the Supplier receives the order by the Customer shall without delay the sending of e-mail, printable, in which are shown the details of the payer and the order, the price of the product purchased, shipping charges and any additional charges, the address where the product will be delivered, the timing of delivery and the existence of the right of withdrawal. The clients undertake to print and conserve the order confirmation.
